     Specially designed for unmanned aerial vehicle (Drone) arms with an outer diameter of 30mm, using 6061 aluminum alloy CNC precision machining and black oxidation (other colors can be customized), weighing only 66.4g, it is the core connecting component of multi rotor Drone power systems.
 

Features:
1. Compatible with 30mm arm, carbon fiber tube can be inserted to a depth of 29mm, and reserved reinforcement holes can be used for secondary locking (rivets/screws)
2. For brushless motor installation hole spacing: Φ 4mm hole (32-40mm hole spacing), Φ 3mm hole (19-25mm hole spacing)
3. At the bottom, there is a 71 × 43mm space that can be equipped with built-in electronic adjusters, simplifying wiring and reserving sufficient heat dissipation space to prevent high temperatures from affecting the lifespan of electronic components.
4. The motor base is suitable for installing X8 upper and lower motors, but the bottom carbon sheet needs to be changed

Notes:
1. When installing aluminum parts, the screws need to be coated with 242 screw glue to prevent loosening due to flight vibrations.
2. The standard configuration is stainless steel screws, which have higher material strength than aluminum alloy. Simply tighten them and do not apply excessive force to avoid damaging the screw holes due to slipping teeth.
3. Before purchasing, confirm that the diameter of the drone arm is 30mm and prohibit forced assembly. Check whether the motor installation hole spacing matches the product.
4. Insulation should be done well during the installation of the electric regulator to avoid short circuits with the metal casing.
5. During high-speed flight or heavy load situations, it is necessary to use rivets/screws to perform secondary locking through reserved reinforcement holes to prevent loose connections from causing flight accidents.
6. When using for the first time, it is recommended to conduct a power test on the ground to confirm that the connection is stable and there are no abnormal vibrations before taking off for flight.
7. Environmental protection: Despite undergoing anodizing treatment, it is still necessary to avoid long-term contact with strong acids, alkalis, or corrosive liquids.
