     This heavy-duty cargo winch system for drones is a professional lifting solution designed specifically for industrial-grade unmanned aerial vehicles. It integrates high strength, intelligent control, and safety reliability, and can be widely applied in logistics transportation, emergency rescue, engineering hoisting, agricultural material delivery, and other scenarios to achieve precise aerial cargo delivery.

Installation Instructions：
1、When installing on the equipment, check the reliability of connections. Use thread - locking adhesive on screws to prevent falling caused by loosening.
2、Check if there is any object blocking the stop switch. If the stop switch is stuck, the equipment cannot be stopped.
3、The control signal is PWM, with a frequency of 50Hz and a period of 20ms. The range value is 1050 - 1950μs.
When the PWM value is < 1300μs, the winch lowers.
When the PWM value is > 1700μs, the winch lifts.
When the PWM value is between 1300 - 1700μs, the winch stops.
4、When overloaded, the main board has stall protection. Its current threshold is 14A, and the motor stops when the protection is triggered.
5、Pay attention to the positive and negative polarity of the power input. Do not reverse the connection, otherwise the main board will be damaged.
6、The wire - taking guide rail needs frequent lubrication. Frequently check if the rope is knotted or frayed to avoid entanglement.
7、The equipment is not rain - proof or waterproof.
8、When installing, it should be placed as far away as possible from the airborne compass because the magnetic field generated by the large motor is very strong to avoid affecting the compass. However, it doesn't matter if there is RTK.
9、 For the first use, it is best to place it on the rope first and then use a load to tighten the rope and store it once. The purpose of doing this is to avoid the rope producing a reverse effect due to compression and tightening or causing a bouncing effect during later use.

LED Indicator
1、When the indicator light is red, it means the power is connected but there is no control signal input.
2、When the indicator light turns green, it means the control signal is connected and the equipment is normal.
3、When the indicator light flashes alternately red and green, it means the overload protection state.
