This arm connector is specially designed for drones with 50mm pipe diameter. It adopts a dual structure of plug-in connection plus nut locking, and integrates the Amass AS150U connector. It enables quick disassembly and assembly of drone arms with ESC/motor and integrated connection without soldering, greatly improving the efficiency of drone assembly, transportation and maintenance. It is widely compatible with multi-rotor drones for plant protection, mapping, inspection and other scenarios.

Dual Locking Structure, Anti-loosening & High Safety
The main body is CNC integrally machined from high-strength aluminum alloy, achieving lightweight design while ensuring structural rigidity.
Adopting plug-in positioning matched with rubber ring fitted nut locking design, it provides more force application points for easy tightening. The rubber ring effectively eliminates folding gaps of drone arms, reduces vibration and noise, and prevents loosening and abnormal noise caused by vibration during flight, ensuring connection stability under high-intensity flight conditions.
Integrated AS150U Connector, Integrated Power & Signal Transmission
Built-in Amass AS150U high-current connector with the following specifications:
Max rated current: 75A (compatible with 8AWG wire, temperature rise ΔT<85℃); Withstand voltage: 600V DC.
Additional signal pins transmit control signals to realize synchronous connection of power and signals, simplifying wiring layout.
Adopts gold-plated brass contacts and PA flame-retardant housing (UL94 V-0 grade, wall thickness: 0.8mm); Contact resistance ≤0.8mΩ, insulation resistance ≥2000MΩ, 48-hour salt spray resistance, suitable for wide operating temperature range of -20℃~120℃.
Fast Disassembly & Assembly, Higher Operation Efficiency
The combined plug-in and nut locking design allows drone arm disassembly and assembly without additional tools, greatly shortening the time for drone transition and storage. The integrated design of connector and arm avoids repeated wire soldering and reduces maintenance costs.
Installation & Instructions
Solder ESC/motor wires to the corresponding contacts of the AS150U connector with proper insulation treatment.
Install the connector into the main body of the arm connector, and fix the PCB board with screws.
Insert the carbon/aluminum pipe of the drone arm into the connector and align the positioning structure.
Tighten the rubber ring locking nut to ensure the drone arm is free of looseness and gaps.
Align the positioning slot when plugging and unplugging the connector; avoid rough operation to prevent contact damage.
